Role Purpose:

Join BUMBLEance, Ireland’s first ambulance service specifically designed for children, in our brand-new role of Community and Campaigns Manager!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving community and campaign income growth and managing our regional subcommittees. You’ll report directly to the General Manager and work with the Corporate Fundraising Manager to lead the fundraising team.

Main Duties

  • Manage and lead the community fundraising team.
  • Work with the General Manager on an ongoing basis to review and develop the community and campaigns strategy.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a calendar of the community events and campaigns.
  • Build and manage regional sub committees to develop fundraising activities nationally.
  • Engage in networking opportunities within the sector.
  • Develop and manage the fundraising assets and comms to promote community fundraising and community fundraisers.
  • Implement and manage a school and community visits programme.
  • Establish new and maintain existing relationships with local fundraisers, community groups, schools and corporates where necessary.
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to create and manage a range of physical and digital assets and communication materials to enhance brand awareness.
  • Communicate with and manage external vendors to optimize costs and maximize the potential of all activities as needed.
  • Collaborate and manage the communications & marketing team to ensure that all activities are effectively promoted in a timely manner to achieve the best results while consistently maintaining brand messaging.
  • Develop a process for recruitment and training of volunteers
  • Produce monthly income and expenditure reports as part of the charity’s financial strategy.
  • Be responsible for quality management of all key information in the donor database to ensure accurate reporting on activity is available, for ongoing partnership development activity and effective moves management etc.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all key donor information in our CRM system to support ongoing donor development, and accurate reporting on activities.
  • Liaise with management on performance analysis and areas of opportunity for the charity.
  • Attend training, events, and conferences where applicable

The successful candidate will preferably have:

  • Minimum 3+ years relevant experience, with a passion for fundraising.
  • Previous team management experience is essential.
  • Excellent at building and maintaining relationships.
  • Experience in project or event planning and management.
  • Ability to both work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong IT skills preferably in Microsoft Office.
  • Possess a strong understanding of digital platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting fundraising targets and experience in project, budget management, and invoicing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and events at the same time.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
  • A full cleans drivers licence is essential.
